He identified restoring the IAF's combat strength to its sanctioned level, promoting indigenous fighter aircraft such as Tejas Mk1A, Tejas Mk II and AMCA, and strengthening AI-enabled warfare and counter-drone capabilities as key priorities. Dixit said the IAF would remain prepared to respond whenever the nation calls.
