Grand jurors look at cases presented by the Grayson County District Attorney’s Office and found enough probable cause to bring several local cases to trial. In this recent round of grand jury indictments jurors heard cases related to drug possession, burglary, theft, crimes against children and so much more.
If grand jurors decide there is a sufficient amount of evidence to move the case forward to court, the person is indicted.
Indictments are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt.
